Commonpoint, a social services organization with centers in Queens and the Bronx, is meeting the diverse needs of New York City offering a wide range of programs for people of all ages.
SDudio has designed two of Commonpoint's key centers, the Jack and Shirley Silver Hub in Elmhurst Queens and the Youth Opportunity Hub in Jamaica Queens and has now been engaged to provide design services for the new Commonpoint Bronx Hub.

SDudio is designing a cosmetic upgrade of a recently acquired former Boys & Girls Club facility, reimagining its interiors to reflect Commonpoint's brand. The renovated facility will be home to a social services center focused on after school programs and summer camps. The design mission is to take what is currently an efficient institutional 1970's interior and enliven it with new finishes and design elements that feature Commonpoint's signature green and teal color palette. A favorite SDudio design feature is elevating interior signage to an art form; at the Bronx Hub, we integrate Commonpoint's logo and tag line into the colorful welcoming billboard's that animate the entry. New finishes inject color and energy throughout the center.
