Having recently completed the renovation of the Lobby at 158 West 27th Street, SDudio continues to design projects in the building.
Ownership commissioned SDudio to design 9,500 square foot, full floor Pre-Build Office Suites for the 5th and 7th Floors.
Designed to showcase the building's pre-war details and provide accommodations for today's open and collaborative work style the Pre-Build boasts exposed brick walls, restored hardwood floors, exposed ceilings throughout and floor plans that accommodate a generous number of fencing workstations with a minimum of enclosed spaces. The floors include only one large Private Office, one large Conference Room, and two Huddle Rooms. An open Pantry with state of the art appliances, including a full-size built-in Sub-Zero refrigerator, and beautifully appointed Restrooms round out the floors.
The floors have an abundance of large operable windows at all exposures. SDudio designed glass storefronts at all of the enclosed spaces to maximize the flow of natural light throughout the floors.
