Building ownership engaged SDudio to develop a prototypical Pre-Built Office Suite for their 307 West 38th Street Property.

The 5,000 square foot suite is designed with the building's target tenant in mind . . . creative companies and start-ups.

Polished concrete floors, carpeted private spaces and exposed ceilings add to the draw.

The suite's open floor plan and neutral finishes are easily adapted to fit a tenant's specific program needs and custom design flourishes.

SDudio also prepared a 3D animation for ownership's leasing/marketing purposes to show how a tenant  might transform this pre-built into a dynamic, collaborative work environment.
