Broad Street Development engaged SDudio to develop design a concept for a shared Tenant Amenity Space occupying a portion of the 16th Floor at 370 Lexington Avenue.
SDudio designed a large Lounge that extends the length of the north facing portion of the space incorporating a series of folding glass walls that take advantage for the building setbacks to accommodate outdoor seating.
The Lounge also includes an open Coffee Bar, adjacent dining tables and strategically located flat screens to facilitate open air meetings for casual viewing.
A Game Room and a series of private Meeting Rooms add to the amenities.
The aesthetic features include exposed structural steel columns and ceiling beams and the juxtaposition of classic elements with modern furnishings.
In addition, SDudio designed a prototypical base building Phone Booth to be incorporated within the common spaces of all tenant floors.
